I work at GE Healthcare as a project manager in commercial platforms which provides me the opportunity of working with many different people around the world from the US and EU to Africa and the Middle East. Project management and business analytics are the two main areas of my everyday job in a customer-focused environment. Most of the platforms I use are connected to CRM and CFQ which are related to managing and maintaining customers and converting the most opportunities to the final revenue stream. Furthermore, from time to time I create dynamic dashboards to provide a better perspective of projects for managers which normally brings about a better understanding of setbacks, finding more cost-effective solutions and getting the job done in a shorter cycle which is vital for this competitive market supporting by armful of products and services.
2019-2020... GE Renewable Energy - Paris
It was a challenging year in which I worked for GE Renewable energy and simultaneously finished my thesis on how companies asses employees’ skills and match it up with their capabilities. GE renewable was full of new experiences and Commercial Competency Management was the area that I worked for. My scope as an intern was more or less regarding data visualization, dashboard creation, and cooperation with an external party to launch an internal performance management application. For instance, I used pattern analysis on raw data to explain employees’ behavior on learning platforms and according to that propose to them suitable training existing in the company’s repository.
Before 2017... Professional Experiences - Iran
All my professional experiences before this year belong to the time I was living in Iran. It all started in the first year of my bachelor’s degree. I joined an overhead crane manufacturer as an intern and as a project control specialist. I got familiar with new contexts, back in the time, like 6 Sigma, quality control and change management. At the end of my bachelor’s I joined an ISO certification team. All we have done has paid off and we became the first faculty in Tehran receiving ISO certification. Finally after a couple of independent vocations and a few years of involvement in a gas pipeline installation company as a technical manager to hone my skills I decided to continue my life experience abroad.

I am a graduate of Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in project management. I was involved in many cross-functional projects in a multi-cultural environment. I got graduated after 2 years with a 3.57/4 GPA.

Lead Specialist – Commercial Excellence - GE Healthcare (Paris) 2020-now
- Performed as the project manager in EMEA commercial tools such as Salesforce.com.
- Served as the main interlocutor between internal users and developers to better understand the business needs and advocate for customer success.
- Managed the license cost and contributed to the annual forecasting based on the agreed budget.
- Analyzed requests and identified critical areas to define a strategy for necessary training.
- Being responsible for root cause analysis in order to provide proactive approaches and continuous improvement plans (e.g., creating a central matrix to avoid missing price lists/portfolios for all users).

- Collaborated on ISO 9001:2008. Recognized all the structural and infrastructural changes required for this certificate and led other teams to perform these changes in a timely manner.
